Plaintiff did not see who fired the shot, had no role in the shooting, and quickly removed himself once he heard the shots. On December 5, 2016 Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce held a press conference at which he announced Plaintiff and another man were wanted in connection with the killing. Det. Boyce unveiled a wanted poster that included Plaintiff's photo and Det. Boyce stated to the media \"we've identified these two individuals as the shooters.\" When Plaintiff became aware he was wanted in connection with the killing Plaintiff retained counsel, who contacted the 75th Precinct to make arrangements for Plaintiff's surrender. However, Plaintiff's counsel was informed Plaintiff was no longer a suspect. Plaintiff was ultimately never even questioned concerning the killing. As a result of being named a suspect, Plaintiff was suspended from his job without pay for over two months, has not been able to return to his residence because the decedent's family blames him for the killing, and an internet search of Plaintiff's name provides the wanted poster naming Plaintiff as a suspect. No listed allegations apply to this complaint.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=KR0GZwIawj6XeIu/ut66SA==","type":"complaint"}]},{"name":"Harris v.
