After the officers told Plaintiff to \"shut the fuck up\" when he asked about the nature of Mr. Gang's arrest, Plaintiff began to film the incident on his cell phone.  Mr. Gang tossed his cell phone to a nearby woman, causing the police officers to release him and go after the phone.  Unrestrained, Mr. Gang ran off and was apprehended again over 50 yards from where Plaintiff stood.  As Plaintiff walked away from the scene, one officer ran up to him, struck him in the face, and threw him to the ground, where he twisted Plaintiff's arms and legs.  Without probable cause, officers placed Plaintiff under arrest. When a bystander began filming Plaintiff's arrest, defendants obscured the view of the bystander and placed Plaintiff into a patrol car.  Officers refused to loosen Plaintiff's handcuffs in the car, when Plaintiff complained they were too tight.  Once at the precinct, one of the arresting officers shoved Plaintiff's head against a wall, and made racist remarks toward him.  Plaintiff remained handcuffed when defendants asked him to remove his pants.  When Plaintiff was unable to lower his pants, Officer Thomas pulled down Plaintiff's pants and undergarments in view of other prisoners.  Then, Officer Thomas ordered Plaintiff to pull up his pants.  When Plaintiff requested again for his handcuffs to be loosened, the officer who made racist remarks tightened the cuffs instead.  The same officer asked Plaintiff if he wanted \"juice,\" and when Plaintiff responded in the affirmative, the officer asked if Plaintiff wanted \"watermelon juice.\"  The same officer told Plaintiff he could not be racist because he was \"Puerto Rican.\" From the precinct, officers falsely informed the DA that they observed plaintiff commit various crimes.  Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking, where he waited over thirty hours before he was arraigned and released.  Upon release, he went to Brooklyn Hospital to treat injuries to his wrist, knee, and shoulder.
