Defendants proceeded to question plaintiff regarding illegal activity, physically restrained and removed plaintiff by rear handcuffing him in an excessively tight fashion, which resulted in substantial pain and physical discomfort in plaintiff’s wrists. Defendants KIRK, SCHEKER and DOEs 1-10 fabricated observations about plaintiff to justify his search and seizure, including the possession of a weapon, firearm and ammunition that they each falsely purported to have observed in plain view. Defendants, incl. officers KIRK, SCHEKER and DOEs 1-10 then forcibly removed plaintiff to a precinct by grabbing his person and shoving into a police transport vehicle. At the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to fingerprinting, retina scans and various invasive bodily searches. Plaintiff was then interrogated by defendants, incl. officers KIRK, SCHEKER and DOEs 1-10, which threatened him with a protracted criminal prosecution followed by a lengthy imprisonment if he did not comply with Defendants’ demands by agreeing to testify and provide false evidence against the Defendants’ true target and suspect. They then forwarded fabricated evidence to prosecutors, namely possession of a weapon, firearm and ammunition, so that plaintiff would be criminally prosecuted.
