While unconscious plaintiff was transported to the 25th precinct. when Plaintiff came to, his right wrist was in extreme pain and he asked for medical attention. Defendants then beat Plaintiff in his cell, bending his wrist backward exacerbating the injury. \n\nOnly afterward was the plaintiff transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he\nreceived a brace and sling for his wrist. After his release from the hospital, defendant officers transported the plaintiff back to the precinct where he spent the night detained in a holding cell. The next day Plaintiff was transported to Central Bookings. The defendant police officers provided the DA's Office with\nthe false, misleading and/or incomplete information that Plaintiff committed a crime. Specifically, the defendant police officers falsely stated to the District\nAttorney's Office that Plaintiff was engaged in Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.\n36. On September 11, 2020, after approximately 72 hours in unlawful custody,\nPlaintiff was arraigned.
