After Plaintiff 2 regained consciousness, Defendant Officer threatened physical assault but a nurse walked into the hospital room before Defendant could harm Plaintiff. Defendant Officers told nurses that Plaintiff 2 was faking his injuries and joking, causing several injuries to go undiagnosed. Plaintiff 2 was taken to the 28th Precinct and charged with 195.05(2) and 240.20 Disorderly Conduct and ROR a day later. When he returned to the hospital, Plaintiff 2 was diagnosed with nerve damage, contusions, and abrasions.
