The officers placed the Plaintiff in a cell. Later that night, the Plaintiff was released from his cell and told he received three tickets. He again asked Officer Smith for his badge number. At that point, another officer threw the Plaintiff against the wall, tripped him so that he fell to the ground, hit him in the ribs, pinned his head against the ground, and tightened his cuffs. He then was held in custody longer.\nOn May 4, 2012, the Plaintiff was arrested by defendant Officer Ramos, who falsely accused him of possessing and selling marijuana.
