The NYPD Officers informed Petitioner that she must accompany them to the 79th Precinct because her son’s father, NYPD Officer Brodie, made a complaint that she threatened him. At the precinct, Petitioner was brought to an interrogation room and told that she was under arrested and that she should make arrangements for someone to pick up her son. Petitioner’s husband’s allegations against her were false, and other NYDP officers conspired with Officer Brodie to arrest Petitioner.\n\nSometime later, two male supervising officers wearing white uniforms came to\nspeak with Ms. Mitchell. They reviewed Petitioner’s emails and told her that it was clear that she had not threatened Officer Brodie and told her that she was no longer under arrest.
