He was charged with several (trespass) crimes, which were also all dismissed. \n\nOn May 19, 2015, plaintiff was alleged to have been seen leaving 450 Columbia Street. Plaintiff was approached by defendant P.O.s Padin and Ferrer. Padin patted down and searched Plaintiff, who again produced the same NYCHA letter. Padin proceed to rear-handcuff plaintiff, which caused him pain. Plaintiff spent approximately 24 hours in custody.
