After his arraignment, the plaintiff was compelled to return to court multiple times to contest the egregiously false criminal charges alleged against him by the defendants. Defendants filled out false police reports and forwarded them to prosecutors at the DA. As a result of the foregoing, plaintiff spent approximately twenty-four (24) hours in custody before he was released following his arraignment.
