Defendant saw Plaintiff and told him not to do that and Plaintiff explained what he was trying to do. Defendant approached Plaintiff and placed hand on his chest and attempted to grab him. Plaintiff moved away and started going with traffic as advised. Two other police officers approached him. Plaintiff started walking away and stumbled. One officer then tackled plaintiff. The other two officers then followed. All the officers punched Plaintiff in the face and numerous times around his body with his right arm pinned. Afterwards, Plaintiff was cuffed. After being handcuffed, officer punched defendant once more. \n\nAfter being taken to a cell and then released, plaintiff returned with their mother. Then he was arrested again and placed in a cell.
