As a results, Plaintiff hemorrhaged from, including but not limited to her knees, elbows, and forehead. Defendants, including moved Plaintiff against her will to the 41st precinct of the NYPD where Plaintiff was criminally processed and subject to an invasive strip search with an attendant cavity inspection, fingerprinted or other invasive search, questioned, retina scanned and photographed by, or at the direction of said NYPD officers. and questioned as to her pedigree. Defendant's forced Plaintiff to squat down and cough, and all searches yielded no contraband. Plaintiff was denied access to water and medical attention. Plaintifd was then moved to Central Bookins, and then to the emergency department of a medical hospital die to injuries caused by Defendants, and then moved back to Central Bookings where she remained until on or about April 7, 2021.
