Defendant knowingly fabricated allegations against Plaintiff stating he was in possession of weapons, firearms and ammunation. Plaintiff was deprived of his liberty and suffered various physical, emotional and psychological injuries. Plaintiff was wrongfully detained over the course of five (5) days and 19 hours.
