Despite evidence that the claims were false, plaintiff was arrested on May 1, 2014 and transported to Central Booking, where he was shoved, handcuffed tightly, and deprived of food and water. The charges against plaintiff were dismissed by the DA on July 15, 2015. \n\nAfter new false allegations were filed against plaintiff, Detective Louis Lodato arrested and transported to Central Booking despite evidence that the allegations were false.
