Plaintiff’s arrest and the approximately twenty minutes of proceeding it was captured on surveillance video, which shows that the sworn statements made by Officer Saitep in the Information were false. Plaintiff spent approximately 28 hours in police custody before being arraignment and released on his own recognizance.
