The PO then spoke to POs Johnathan Ortega, Franklyn Guaman, Oscar Mancilla, or Nicholas Sommella, who shortly confronted and physically grabbed Plaintiff to push him out of the precinct. On the public sidewalk PO Ortega and PO Mancill pushed and shoved Plaintiff about the torso. Plaintiff Reyes then re-entered and was promptly handcuffed. POs also confiscated Plaintiff's camera, microphone, and other property. Plaintiff Scalzo then entered the precinct while filming but PO Ortega walked toward Plaintiff Scalzo menacingly and forced Plaintiff Scalzo outside, shutting the door on Plaintiff Scalzo's wrist in the process. POs Ortega and Guaman then sought a protective order against Plaintiff Reyes in an attempt to disqualify him for a desk appearance ticket. Though the order was not granted, POs commenced a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff Reyes, which compelled him to return to court multiple times until all charges were dismissed.
