Defendant JHMC did not provide adequate medical care. Defendants JHMC, Renaldo Punsal, MD, and Jeffrey Chan, MD forcibly removed the suction tubes from Plaintiff's side and discharged plaintiff into the custody of defendant officers. \n\nPlaintiff was arraigned on March 18, 2013 on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. He was transported to Rikers Island but was soon rushed to Bellevue Hospital because he relapsed into a medical emergency due to his earlier, premature discharge from the hospital.
