In response, Sgt. Frazier and PO Adam Muniz tackled, beat, and assaulted Plaintiff Grissom without legal justification. Plaintiff Grissom was taken to the hospital by POs for injuries inflicted on him and thereafter the 25th Precinct and Central Booking against his will. Plaintiff Grissom was never advised of any criminal charges against him. Plaintiff suffered physical and psychological issues as a result of this incident, some of which may be permanent. \n\nOn March 17, 2016 Plaintiff Williams went to a restaurant where he ordered food. Sgt. Frazier and PO Adam Muniz ordered him to leave the premises and thereafter placed Plaintiff Williams against a wall outside the restaurant where they struck, beat, and injured Plaintiff Williams without legal justification. Plaintiff was taken to the 25th Precinct and was never told what crimes he had supposedly committed.
