The defendants grabbed plaintiff, handcuffed her, and searched the plaintiff. At no time did the defendants find contraband, weapons, or controlled substances. Nevertheless, the defendants shoved plaintiff into a police vehicle, transporting her to the 84th Precinct and ultimately Central Booking. During this time, the plaintiff remained handcuffed and defendants ignored requests to loosen them.\n\nDefendants initiated charges they knew were false. Defendants' actions resulted in plaintiff being charged with numerous crimes, including criminal trespass.
