The defendants had done so despite possessing no valid reason to inquire, as no criminal activity was reasonably suspected. The plaintiffs were subsequently forced to the ground despite the fact one of them was recovering from neck surgery causing further injuries. The officers also intentionally or with deliberate indifference struck the plaintiff's head with a door, violently contorted both plaintiff's arms behind their backs, and applied excessively tight handcuffs. Above all, the defendants conducted illegal arrests, searches, subjected them to strip searches, and targeted the plaintiffs based on their race, religion, and or national origin.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240721170818/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=gPGXrmCBaMkSYDXsoEd1xQ==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21615339-daf-mathelierpotter936592","type":"brady-giglio"}],"id":"B2QR","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/B2QR"}
