No drugs, guns or contraband were found in the apartment or on Plaintiff's person, but the officers tightly handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. As a result of the search, Plaintiff's property was damaged. The tight handcuffs caused Plaintiff pain and discomfort and the Plaintiff asked the officers to loosen the handcuffs, but the officers ignored. The officers pushed Plaintiff down the stairs. After several hours at the precinct, Plaintiff was given a DAT and released. \n\nThereafter, the officers provided the DA's office with false, misleading and/or incomplete information, and a prosecution was initiated against Plaintiff for possession of a controlled substance.
