P.O. Rual Gabriel and Thomas Marzocchi arrived and demanded that Plaintiff allow her brothers to access her floor or be arrested. Both officers then grabbed and pulled Plaintiff out of her house with nothing on her feet and P.O. Gabriel forcibly handcuffed Plaintiff putting her under arrest, aggressively\ntwisting her arm and shoulder causing painful injuries. P.O. Gabriel also entered Plaintiff’s property without permission or consent, and without a warrant or probable cause. After she was taken to a precinct, Plaintiff’s family brought her appropriate clothing, underwear, shoes, and a jacket to the Precinct. Plaintiff was only allowed to put a bra on, and nothing else.
