Numerous officers exited their vehicles and pointed their guns at the group of children. Anthony ran east, before being tackled by Defendant POM Shingru Wang, who then handcuffed the child with excessive tightness. DG ran east as well, until Defendant Lt. John Dasaro pointed his gun at him, told him to stop, and handcuffed him. Using a knife, Defendant Wang cut off DG's backpack. Anthony & DG were interrogated and frisked against a wall by Defendants Lt. Dasaro, Sgt. Michael Kutney, & POM Christopher DiGiola. Defendant DI Megan O'Malley told her subordinate officers to \"take them in\", and Anthony & DG were taken to the 76th Precinct, where they were eventually released without charges. \n\nMeanwhile, Travis had run west. As he crossed Court St at a crosswalk with the light in his favor, he was hit by a speeding undercover police car that was driving the wrong way, driven by Defendant PO Christopher Brower. Travis flew onto the hood of the car before rolling off the side onto the street, breaking bones in his hands & later requiring a six-week cast. Travis got up and continued running, eventually returning home without further interactions with the NYPD.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.462794/gov.uscourts.nyed.462794.27.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/59828238/g-v-the-city-of-new-york/"},{"name":"Hurdle, Jahnice vs City of New York, et al.","start_date":"2016-11-30","disposition_date":"2018-02-24","payout_amount":0,"disposition":"Zero Disposition","docket":"520725/2016","court":"Supreme Court - Kings","officer_name":"Kutny, Michael S.","summary":"On or about November 24, 2015 POs Michael Kutny, Brian Grant, and John Doe attacked, hit, beat, and punched Plaintiff, thereafter throwing Plaintiff face down on the ground and forcefully restraining Plaintiff.
