Mr. Moore was lawfully present inside his apartment when several Defendant Officers arrived on scene and entered without a warrant. The Defendant Officers immediately rushed Mr. Moore, tackled him, and threw him the ground, causing injury to his right arm. Mr. Moore was taken to Harlem Hospital due to his injuries before being taken to the precinct.\n\nUpon arrival at the precinct, Mr. Moore was fingerprinted and photographed. He was given a desk appearance ticket with a return date of January 27, 2022. On March 4, 2022, the criminal case against Mr. Moore was dismissed and the records were sealed. Two days after his release, he sought medical care from Interfaith Hospital for injuries to his arm, which was broken in 3 places. Mr. Moore was given medication to help manage the pain, and follow up appointments. At no point did Defendant Officers recover any drugs, weapons, graffiti instruments, or other\nillegal contraband from Mr. Moore or from a location that was in his possession, custody or control.
