Prior to PO’s allegations, Plaintiff Dane Wilson was allegedly committed crimes by Maryeling Sanchez-Perez, including 1) Harassment- 2nd physical contact, 2) Sexual Abuse, 3) Forcible Touch0Intimate Part, 4) Weapon, and 5) Unlawful imprisonment. Even though Plaintiff stated the allegations were false, and Plaintiff was disabled with his replacement and neck surgeries, Plaintiff was forcibly pulled out of his vehicle, restrained with excessive force, and handcuffed behind his back. Then, the Plaintiff was forcibly taken to the patrol car and brought into the 113th Precinct. On August 30, 2022, PO Robinson and other POs forcibly entered Plaintiff’s residence and, with unreasonable excessive force, proceeded to ransack Plaintiff’s residence. Even though nothing was found, the Plaintiff spent 4 days in police custody without his consent due to the PO’s failure to interview to stop the PO’s misconduct or destruction of property.
