Before the encounter, plaintiff was walking her mother’s dog and her dog with her boyfriend towards her mother’s house after dinner. The police officers suddenly approached them, and arrested plaintiff. The officers refused to answer the plaintiff’s request asking for the reason for the arrest. Defendant Officer Darrigo responded that: “I think she wants to be in handcuffs” Polices officers invasively publicly searched her: the officers put their hands in her pockets and searched the waist area of her pants, all while twisting her hands behind her back. Her mother’s dog was taken by police officers and refused to tell plaintiff or plaintiff’s boyfriend the whereabouts of the dog. Plaintiff’s mother was unable to retrieve their dog.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=oAOZD5rJ55Ry/O6n4GW0ag==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"117719","overtime":"41431","other":"19853","total":"179004"},"email":"michael.petrino@nypd.org","id":"BEAF","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/BEAF"}
