Plaintiff asked for information regarding what happened and POs responded in a vulgar, combative, and unprofessional manner, and refused to divulge any information to Plaintiff. Plaintiff requested the POs' name and badge numbers to make a formal complaint but the officers actively used threats and harassment to intimidate Plaintiff into not going through with a complaint. POs also physically battered Plaintiff by banding his head into a wall and attempting to otherwise injure him. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested and imprisoned until his release on April 10, 2014. Plaintiff requested medical care while in custody for injuries inflicted on him during the false arrest but POs ignored his requests. POs intentionally forwarded false information to initiate a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff to further intimidate him.
