Afraid, plaintiff ran to his home. On October 21, 2008, plaintiff received a phone call from, Martinez, a person of interest in the shooting, asking him to fetch clothing from this apartment. Plaintiff complied and was stopped by defendants at Martinez's apartment. Plaintiff was brought to the 104th precinct for questioning and interrogated. He was released several hours later. The following day, Martinez was apprehended and falsely claimed that plaintiff was the shooter. Plaintiff was again taken to the 104th precinct and interrogated. Defendant Lundy attempted to coerce plaintiff into signing a confession, but plaintiff refused. After hours of questioning, plaintiff ultimately complied and signed a statement falsely admitting to having participated in the shooting. As a result, plaintiff was arrested. At trial, during which defendants falsely claimed that plaintiff's confession was voluntary, plaintiff was found not guilty of all charges brought against him.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.351557/gov.uscourts.nyed.351557.28.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4323121/pizarro-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"BGGR","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/BGGR"}
