When the officers left, Plaintiff's nephew began physically assaulting Plaintiff and Defendant Officers then approached and illegally seized Plaintiff without probable cause, suspicion or any other justification. The Defendant Officers grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him to the ground, causing Plaintiff pain, shock and emotional distress. When Plaintiff was pinned to the ground, the defendant officers contorted his arms behind his back and applied the cuffs tightly, disregarding Plaintiff's complaints about their tightness which were causing him loss of feeling, redness and swelling. The defendant officers then illegally searched the Plaintiff and brought him to the precinct where he was detained for 5 hours until he was booked and 10 hours before he was released from custody.
