P.O. Mundy brought plaintiff to a holding pen, and an unidentified correction officer (who was wearing a hoodie and covering his badge) grabbed plaintiff and punched him in the stomach without provocation.  The corrections officer knocked plaintiff out, rending him unconscious.  Officer Mundy witnessed the whole incident.
