Plaintiff, a 16-year old boy, and two fellow high school friends were walking home from school and stopped at the intersection of Nassau and Manhattan Avenues, before entering the train station.  Defendant Recchia approached the plaintiff and his friends, telling them to \"shut the fuck up\" and \"get the fuck off my corner\".  The three complied, crossed the street to another Subway entrance, and walked down.  Defendant Recchia followed, shouting at plaintiff, claiming that plaintiff had directed profanity at him.  Plaintiff truthfully denied saying any such thing.  Defendant Recchia grabbed plaintiff by the left bicep, squeezed hard, and pulled plaintiff up the stairs and out of the subway station.  When plaintiff asked why he was being treated as such, defendant said, \"Get the fuck out of here, bitch...Don't come back to my train station and get the fuck off my corner.\"  Plaintiff left and walked some distance to the Metropolitan L Train Station.  On the next day, on September 10, 2013, plaintiff again left school with the two same friends and walked to the subway station at Nassau and Manhattan Avenues.  Defendant Recchia was at the corner again and said \"There goes that Nigger,\" referring to the plaintiff.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.366846/gov.uscourts.nyed.366846.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13242104/brown-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"BLWB","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/BLWB"}
