On this day, a friend of plaintiff was arrested and taken to a nearby precinct.  Plaintiff, fearing for his friend’s safety, stepped back and attempted to film the arrest.  Later, plaintiff was approached by the defendant officers.  Defendants began to arrest plaintiff, subjecting him to unlawful pat-down search and tightly restraining him with metal handcuffs causing pain and discomfort.  Plaintiff did not resist arrest.  Nevertheless, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested and handcuffed by the defendant officers without legal justification or probable cause.  Thereafter, defendants transported plaintiff to a certain precinct, where he was unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed and placed in a holding cell.  After approximately eighteen hours, Plaintiff was transported to Kings County Central Booking, where he was placed in a holding cell.  While Plaintiff was in custody, the defendant police officers provided the Kings County District Attorney’s Office with the false, information that Plaintiff committed a crime.  Thereafter plaintiff was charged with crimes he did not commit.
