Despite Plaintiff telling Defendants his aunt was sick and waiting for him, with no probably cause, defendants restrained Plaintiff in handcuffs and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to a police precinct where he was questioned and then taken to Central Booking. Plaintiff was released after spending almost 15 hours in custody.
