Upon inquiry as to what was going on, the officers threatened that they would punch her in her face. Defendant officers declined Dawson's request to loosen handcuffs and, upon her arrest, Dawson was subjected to an illegal search by the officers, with the officers pushing, shoving and kicking plaintiff. When meeting with the Kings County District Attorney's office, defendant offiers falsesly stated, among other things, that Dawson committed the charged crime/offen(s) and a presecution was commenced against plantiff. \n\nOn or about October 14, 2011, following Dawson's arraignment, the false charges were summarily dismissed.
