It is believed that defendant NYPD Officer Corporan approached Plaintiff and attempted to search Plaintiff's pants pockets due to racial discrimination rather than particularized suspicion of a crime. Plaintiff was then tightly handcuffed, and his handcuffs were not loosened despite his complaints, and he was imprisoned in a police vehicle and taken to the 121st Precinct. Plaintiff was imprisoned and charged based on false allegations purported by defendant officer Joseph Perfetto. It was falsely alleged that plaintiff was observed drinking alcohol in public, became violent, screaming and yelling at the defendant officers, that a crowd had formed, and that he had resisted arrest. These false charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal and immediately dismissed and sealed in Richmond County Criminal Court.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.362221/gov.uscourts.nyed.362221.13.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13139953/mccrimon-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"BRE3","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/BRE3"}
