When Plaintiff laughed in response to Defendant Officers’ threat of a summons, Defendant Officers became incensed and advised Plaintiff that it was not a joke and that he would be arrested for his reaction to their accusations. Defendants then violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms and wrists behind his back to which they affixed metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Defendants then conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff’s person by rifling through his pockets and patting him down all over. Defendants then transported Plaintiff, against his will, to the 52nd NYPD Precinct. When Plaintiff exited the police vehicle, Defendants intentionally slammed the car door on Plaintiff’s hand causing injury thereto. Defendant Lopez-Bruno signed several summonses and included fabricated facts to retroactively manufacture probable cause for the patently false and illegal arrest.
