POs Gaston and Soto illegally did so and discovered a utility knife on Plaintiff's person. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested for possessing a gravity knife. Plaintiff was taken to the 45th Precinct as POs impounded Plaintiff's motorcycle without justification. Plaintiff was put in a holding cell and remained there as other arrestees, including the man who had threatened him with a box cutter, were taken to go before a judge and released hours before Plaintiff. POs held Plaintiff's motorcycle and refused to return it for 4 days, and when Plaintiff's wife arrived at the precinct POs refused to release Plaintiff's belongings to her. These unlawful actions were undertaken by POs in retaliation for Plaintiff's earlier complaint against POS Luckie and Quirk because they engaged in intentional endangerment of Plaintiff ad his daughter. Through his front window, Plaintiff observed several NYPD police officers physically subdue his neighbor, ERIC CAMPBELL. After Plaintiff walked outside, Plaintiff observed a plain clothed officer kick Mr. CAMPBELL in the face and then observed another officer stand on Mr. Campbell's face. When Plaintiff commented to his girlfriend's brother that the officer was standing on Mr. Campbell's face, one of the officers told Plaintiff to go inside. When Plaintiff refused, Defendant officer SOTO entered Plaintiff's property through the front gate and chased Plaintiff into his house. SOTO banged on Plaintiff's front door and stated, \"Stay the fuck inside. This is not a game.\" After SOTO retreated back down the steps Plaintiff opened the front door a crack and announced that the incident was being recorded. This infuriated officer SOTO who, along with four other officers, sprinted up the front steps, kicked open the locked external door to the house, then used a collapsible baton to break the glass window of a second door leading to the interior of Plaintiff's home. While attempting to retreat further into his own home, Plaintiff was kicked in the back which caused him to fall to the floor. While on the floor, officer SOTO kneed Plaintiff in the face approximately eight times while officers CANDREA, and PAREA punched him in the head and face. Plaintiff suffered a bloody nose, facial lacerations, and cuts and bruising elsewhere on his body.
