Without any evidence indicating plaintiff had committed a crime, he was illegally stopped, handcuffed, frisked and placed into an NYPD patrol car by defendant officers Shawn Mood, Andrew Burke, Jane/John Doe #'s 1-10 and sergeant Brian Koo. The plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct where he was tightly handcuffed and forced to the ground under the full body weight of officers Mood, Burke and Jane/John Doe #'s 1-10, causing severe pain and injuries, despite the fact that the plaintiff did not resist or act in a threatening manner at any point. After being denied medical care for these injuries, the plaintiff was transported to the Brooklyn Central Booking, where the defendant officers filed false paperwork with the DA maliciously claiming that the plaintiff had committed numerous crimes. Based on the officers' false paperwork, the plaintiff served 63 days in custody, during which he was subject to depraved, filthy and inhumane conditions. On July 9, 2019, all the plaintiff's charges were eventually dismissed and sealed.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240718174237/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=q3x_PLUS_ECW7f/Luk3Dx9LXHnw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"141943","regular":"136940","overtime":"6414","other":"24593","total":"167948"},"id":"BT3H","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/BT3H"}
