Plaintiff was informed she was being taken to a hospital for an evaluation and medication and had handcuffs placed on her very tightly. Plaintiff was slammed into the wall and choked repeatedly. Plaintiffs complaints about the pain from tight handcuffs were ignored and she was forced into a chair on the first floor.
