Plaintiff wanted the bus driver's information to make a complaint and stood in front of the bus.  P.O. Alexander Gorman and an unidentified officer arrived at the scene and told plaintiff to get out of the street.  Plaintiff explained why he was there, but P.O. Gorman suddenly pepper-sprayed plaintiff in his face.  With his eyes burning and struggling to see and breathe, Plaintiff went to a nearby Duane Reade to try to find water or milk to wash his eyes out.  The officers followed plaintiff there, grabbed him, pushed him to the street, punched him, tackled him to the ground, and violently handcuffed him.  While on the ground with the weight of the officers on his back, plaintiff gasped for air and feared for his life.
