They also arrested other individuals residing in the building along with Plaintiff, even though there was no probable cause that would justify the seizure or arrest of Plaintiff, nor was there a reasonable basis to believe that their seizure or arrest were lawful or otherwise legally permissible. Defendant officers further claimed that had engaged in various criminal conduct, including the possession of the handgun found in the attic, and forwarded such false information to the DA's office.
