Plaintiff responded by asking Feliciano to take it easy on him, that he has poor circulation in his leg, that the pills he has were legally prescribed for his illnesses. Feliciano elbowed Plaintiff in the back and kicked his legs apart. Feliciano kicked Plaintiff's right lower leg approximately three times, and Plaintiff pleaded for Feliciano to take it easy on him because of his poor circulation in his leg. Feliciano grabbed Plaintiff, turned him around, pushed him against a vehicle, and again kicked him in the back of the right leg. Plaintiff slumped down against the vehicle in pain. Feliciano picked him up and again kicked him behind his right knee. Feliciano escorted Plaintiff into a police vehicle and again kicked him behind his right knee.
