While the plaintiff was sitting in the hallway, the defendant police officers, Det. Enrique Mariles and Det. Dominic Robinson of the Bronx Homicide Task Force detained the plaintiff and questioned him about a homicide that had occurred on December 9, 2018. The defendants then arrested the plaintiff and falsely told him that they were taking him to the precinct to merely ask him more questioned. However, at the 46th precinct, the plaintiff was photographed, fingerprinted, searched and charged with the murder of an individual named Marion Vaughn. On January 10, 2019 the plaintiff was transported to the Bronx Criminal Court where he was arraigned and remanded to Vernon C. Bain Correctional Center. After being imprisoned for six months and three days, the plaintiff was released on bail and continued to defend his case and finally all charges were dismissed on October 11, 2019. Further, the DA's office intentionally ignored exculpatory material in their possession.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=azZ69cE8waBNaWya3Xu4qw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"id":"C5P7","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/C5P7"}
