Defendants violently pushed Tracey, causing her to strike the ground and stairs. They threw Husan to the ground, dragged him, slammed him onto a police car, and assaulted him with batons and knees, forcefully placing him in handcuffs. Dequan was repeatedly pushed, struck with a baton, thrown to the ground, kicked, kneed, had his hair pulled, and was forcefully handcuffed. Defendants created and submitted an erroneous police report to cover up their actions and initiate a prosecution in bad faith. All plaintiffs were taken to the 71st precinct, held in a holding cell, and on June 5, 2020, were transferred to Kings County Central Booking. They were released from custody out a back door without seeing a judge and without being charged with a crime on the same day.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=Frz8sZ6a6BERmZM2YTFFjA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21028731-selg-4b891e9691278ac1885e9cbcefbbdddafa5a8438","type":"brady-giglio"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21058684-selg-967333-03-15-21","type":"brady-giglio"}],"id":"C7YB","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/C7YB"}
