These officers, which included Officers Abdelhadi Aanouz and Nicholas Santomero as well as some Unidentified Officers, beat the Plaintiff and dragged him on the ground.  As a result of the excessive force deployed by the Defendants, Plaintiff Daniels suffered injuries to his face and head.  Plaintiff was cuffed and brought to the 47th Precinct, where he was charged with crimes he did not commit.  The Officers did not have a warrant or any reasonable cause or grounds to believe that Plaintiff was guilty of a crime, and Plaintiff Daniels did not resist the arrest.\nWhile at the precinct, plaintiff repeatedly complained about his injuries until he was finally transported to the hospital and treated for him injuries.  He was then returned to the precinct before being taken to Central Booking.  Plaintiff Daniels was held for approximately 21 hours before seeing a judge and getting ROR'd. The Plaintiff's attorney filed a motion to dismiss, which was granted.
