Plaintiff had no idea why her vehicle was being towed and ran downstairs to confront\nthe tow drive who did not provide any explanation and continued towing the car.  Plaintiff had papers indicating that her car had been fully paid inside her vehicle and attempted to get inside the vehicle before er vehicle was towed. The defendants police officers, including Gasseck and other unknown officers, arrived and Plaintiff explained the situation and made an attempt to show them the documentation that was inside the glove compartment when Gasseek grabbed Plaintiff around her neck and shoulders and violently pulled her out\nof her vehicle and threw Plaintiff on the ground. He then kicked her body repeatedly without legal justification.  He handcuffed her on the ground with force.\nThen, Gasseek in an attempt to cover up his illegal arrest, called 911 for and emergency medical ambulance which arrived at the scene and drove Plaintiff to the hospital. He also refused to let her take her heart medication.  In the hospital, she was given unknown substance and drugs without her consent and received psychiatric evaluation based on the officer's allegations.\nNo criminal charges were filed against the Plaintiff by the arresting officers.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=HJI9p91nHQtp74SCW_PLUS_/dyw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"C97","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/C97"}
