Plaintiffs 1 and 2 live together in Brooklyn.   \nOn January 2, 2012 at 9PM defendants P.O. Kadia Saundres, Sergeant Luis Machado, Detective Michael Manzolillo, Sergeant Brennan Daniel and two unnamed officers (Defendant Officers) attended Plaintiff 1's  home, assaulted and arrested him. He was not told the reason for his arrest even upon inquiry. He was later charged with alleged witness tampering and detained at Riker's Island for five days. He was maliciously prosecuted for several months before the charges were summarily dismissed.\nOn November 29, 2012 at 9:30PM, Defendant Officers again attended the plaintiffs' home ostensibly to effect a search for guns. When asked for a warrant, Defendant Officers threatened to cause the loss of the plaintiff's home, arrest the entire family and/or unleash police dogs. The Defendant Officers proceeded to tear the home apart in search of guns. None were found. Plaintiff 1 was interrupted while using the toilet and forced to sit in handcuffs without having cleaned himself for nearly an hour. \nOn December 13, 2012 at 8:20AM, Defendant Officers entered the plaintiffs' home and arrested Plaintiff 1 without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. They proceeded to search the home for marijuana without a search warrant. No marijuana was found. Plaintiff 1 was falsely charged with marijuana possession.
