Plaintiffs were arrested and transported to the precinct, where the defendant officers allegedly discovered oxycodine pills in the glove comportment of the vehicle. Defendant officers falsely charged the plaintiffs with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, even though there was no evidence that plaintiffs ever had possession of said pills or that they had the intent to sell the same. Defendant officers made false statements in the police reports, falsely stating that they had observed plaintiffs in possession of a controlled substance. The charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal shortly thereafter.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.412493/gov.uscourts.nysd.412493.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13054325/tabar-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"id":"CA45","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/CA45"}
