Plaintiff produced his ID, and defendants conducted a physical search of plaintiff that did not result in the discovery of any contraband. Nevertheless, plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 84th police precinct where he was strip searched. The strip search also did not result in the discovery of any contraband. Plaintiff was taken from the precinct to the hospital where he was treated for high blood pressure which resulted from the defendants' conduct. After release from the hospital, plaintiff was transported to central booking.
