Defendant then took Plaintiff into a bathroom, and with the door held open, partially strip-searched Plaintiff and exposed her body parts to people walking by.\n\nAfter being put in a holding cell for around 15 hours, Plaintiff was taken to a courthouse and chained to mail detainees, which injured her foot. About 12 hours after this, she was brought before a judge and all charges were dropped. Plaintiff was held in custody over 24 hours total.
