Plaintiff exited the vehicle and began to walk around to the driver's side to comply with the officers' request when Defendants began to assault the plaintiff. No less than welve (12) defendant officers then tackled the plaintiff to the ground, punching and kicking him. Plaintiff was then unlawfully arrested and handcuffed by defendant officers without legal justification or probable cause.\nPlaintiff was thereafter taken to Metropolitan Hospital to be treated for the\ninjuries inflicted upon him by defendant officers, then transported to Manhattan County Central Bookings where he was again unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed, and detained in a holding cell.
